Our shopping centre complex continues to meet the highest sustainability standards and has just completed the installation of 2,300 solar panels.
They will generate 790,000 kWh of electricity each year, enough to power around 226 average households.
This electricity will be used by the businesses occupying the centre, thus reducing their consumption of bought-in power.
Our building also has a plant-covered “green roof”, covering 8,265 m² that is watered with recycled rainwater.
